The project consisted of a Proposed New Leisure Centre at The Falls Hotel, Ennistimon, Co. Clare.
It comprimised a swimming pool, gymnasium, changing rooms, treatment rooms and various other rooms at ground floor. The first floor and second floor consisted of nine duplex apartments. The construction also included a basement which housed a plant room and an area for future leisure use.
Lynch and Associates were contracted to carry out the Structural Engineering Design and Mechanical & Electrical Services Design.
Structural Design included Foundations and Retaining walls, Structural Steel frame and precast floors and specialised elements to accomadate the swimming pool
